I am the lead practitioner and founder of Defined Spine Chiropractic + Wellness. I graduated from the  Northwestern Health & Sciences University in 2006, specializing in Chiropractor.

I opened my Chiropractic office back in 2010 and have been doing what I love ever since- helping people feel their best through practical, chiropractic medicine.

In addition to using traditional treatments to deal with musculoskeletal issues and injuries, I use my chiropractic approach to utilize a variety of movement treatments to provide clients with the most comprehensive treatment plan possible.
